1. What are your Hours of Operation?
We’re open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).
2. Do you offer FREE Samples?
Yes! We offer a FREE Samples Pack that includes some of our most popular and best-selling items such as pop top bottles, reversible cap vials, pre-roll tubes, mylar barrier bags, exit bags, concentrate containers, and samples of custom labels, stickers, and other custom packaging samples, and more!
4. Do you offer Discreet Shipping?
Yes and it’s completely FREE! Simply leave us a message requesting “Discreet Shipping” during checkout.

5. Do you offer Custom Packaging?
Absolutely! We offer full custom packaging solutions from basic logo design to fully customized packaging and branding solutions.
Whether you and your company are pioneers in the industry or a completely brand new mom & pop shop our team of packaging experts and design professionals are here to help you every step of the way.
6. Do you offer Bulk Discounts or Wholesale Pricing?
Absolutely! On top of our already low price, we offer individuals and businesses an additional discount for those that purchases in bulk or wholesale. If you’re interested in buying wholesale or in bulk quantities, please send an inquiry to email@example.com
7. Do you ship Internationally outside the United States?
Yes, we currently ship worldwide. For International orders, please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
8. Do you accept Returns?
Yes. We accept returns for eligible item(s) within seven (7) days of the delivery date of the item(s). Items must be new, unopened and returned in its original packaging in the same manner received. Please send an email with your Order Number to email@example.com for a Return Authorization prior to shipping the item(s) back. Any refund is subject to the satisfactory inspection and review by Weed Packaging and Beyond. We reserve the right to deny any unauthorized returns. In the event that the return is not accepted and/or cannot be refunded, Weed Packaging and Beyond will return the product to the customer at the customer’s expense for shipping.
Shipping fee(s) are non-refundable. The customer/buyer is responsible for any and all shipping fee(s) incurred. Weed Packaging and Beyond is NOT responsible for lost/damaged item(s); please consider obtaining insurance & tracking for your order.
All returned item(s) that are accepted are subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) re-stocking fee which will be deducted from any refund.
9. Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes, we offer FREE Ground Shipping within the contiguous 48 U.S. on all qualifying items totaling $500+ before taxes.
Note: Free Shipping does NOT apply to custom orders, glasswares, and/or bulk/wholesale orders.
10. Do you charge tariffs on your items?
Unlike our competitors, we do NOT charge any tariffs on any of our products. We keep our prices low and absorb the tariffs on our own. The price you see is the price you pay, plus any applicable sales tax as may be required by law.
